Why does “Mono mono pro” app need to run in the background?
In order for “Mono mono pro” to detect the connection of a mono Bluetooth devices well, make sure that “Mono mono pro” app runs in background. Please try to add “Mono mono pro” to the exceptions of apps running in background.
Attention:
If a third-party security app has been installed on your phone, you must add “Mono mono pro” to that app’s exceptions as well.
Samsung Galaxy(Old UI)
1. Battery manager
– Tap “Smart Manager”.
– Select “Battery”, and tap to enter settings page.
– Find “App optimization” and tap DETAIL button to open.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and tap to set.
– Check “turn off” option.
If it doesn’t work after the above settings, try to:
– Open “Settings”.
– Find “Device maintenance” and tap to enter.
– Find “Battery” and tap to enter.
– Find “Unmonitored apps” and tap to enter.
– Tap “Add apps” and select “Mono mono pro”
Samsung Galaxy(One UI)
1. Battery manager
– Open “Settings”.
– Find “Apps” and tap to enter.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and tap to enter.
– Find “Battery” and tap to enter.
– Find “Allow background activity” and turn the switch on.
– Find “Optimize battery usage” and tap to enter.
– Find “Apps not optimized” and change it to “All”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn off the switch.
2. Lock the app
– Tap the Menu button on Home screen, and enter the recently opened program pages.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and tap the app icon.
– Find “Lock this app” and tap it to lock the task.
Google Pixel
– Open “Settings”.
– Find “Apps & Notifications” and tap to enter.
– Find “Recently opened apps” and “ Mono mono pro ” tap to enter.( If you can’t find “ Mono mono pro ” then find “See all N apps” and tap it. )
– Find “Advanced” and tap it.
– Find “Battery” and tap it.
– Make sure “Background restriction” is set to “App can use battery in background.” If not, tap on the item and select “Remove”.
– Find “Battery optimization” and tap it.
– Select “Not optimized” at the top, then select “All apps”.
– Find and tap “ Mono mono pro ” and select “Don’t optimize”.
Xiaomi MIUI
1. Autostart
– Open “Settings”.
– Find “Permissions” and tap to enter.
– Find “Autostart” and tap to enter.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn on the switch.
2. Battery manager
– Open “Settings”.
– Select “Battery & Performance”.
– Select “Choose apps”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and select “No restrictions” in background settings.
3. Lock the apps
– Tap the Menu button on Home screen, and enter the recently opened program pages.
– Pull down or press long-click “Mono mono pro” and tap “Lock icon” to lock the task.
Huawei EMUI(Old UI)
1. Autostart
– Open “Phone manager”.
– Select and enter “Lauch”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn off the switch.
– Tap to enter “Manage batch manually”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn the switches of “Audo-launch” “Secondary launch” “Run in background” on.
If it doesn’t work after the above settings, try to:
– Open “Settings”.
– Tap “Permission Manager”.
– Select “App auto-launch”.
– Find “Mono mono pro”, and turn on the switch.
2. Battery manager
– Open “Settings”.
– Select “Advanced settings”.
– Select “Battery manager”.
– Select “Protected apps”.
– Find “Mono mono pro”, and turn on the switch.
If the EMUI version is updated recently, it’s unnecessary to make changes in Settings.
3. Lock the app
– Tap the Menu button on Home screen, and enter the recently opened program pages.
– Pull down “Mono mono pro” until a lock icon appears.
Huawei EMUI(New UI)
1.Autostart and Battery manager
– Open “Settings”.
– Select “Battery”.
– Select “Launch”.
– Find “Mono mono pro”.
– If the swith is turned on, turn it off.
– On the new pop-up dialog, turned all switches on(“Audo-launch” “Secondary launch” “Run in background”).
2. Lock the app
– Tap the Menu button on Home screen, and enter the recently opened program pages.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and tap lock icon to lock the task.
MEIZU Flyme
1. Autostart
– Open “Security”.
– Tap “Permissions”.
– Select “App management”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and allow it to run in the background.
2. Lock the app
– Slide left on the Home screen to enter Recents.
– Press and hold “Mono mono pro” until a lock icon appears.

1. Autostart
– Open “Phone manager”, and find “Privacy Permissions”.
– Enter “Startup Manager”.
– Find “Mono mono pro”, and turn on the switch.
2. Battery Manager
– Open “Settings”, and tap “Battery”.
– Tap “Energy Saver”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” to turn off “Background Freeze and Abnormal Apps Optimization”.
If you can’t set after you complete the above steps, try to:
– Open “Phone Manager”, and find “Clean background”.
– Tap to add app.
– Tick “Mono mono pro” and tap OK.
3. Lock the app
– Tap the Menu button on Home screen, and enter the recently opened program pages.
– Pull down “Mono mono pro” until a lock icon appears.

1. Autostart
– Open “i Manager”, and tap “App manager”.
– Find “Autostart”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn on the switch.

– Open “i Manager”, and tap “Power manager”.
– Select “Backstage power”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn on the swtich.

– Tap the Menu button on Home screen, and enter the recently opened program pages.

– Open “Settings”, find “Privacy authorization”.
– Select “Autostart”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn on the switch.

– Open “Phone Manager”, tap “Permissions Manager”.

– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn on the switch of “Allow System to Launch”.
2. Battery Manager
– Open “Phone Manager”.
– Tap “App Battery Use Optimization”.
– Find “Mono mono pro” and turn off the switch.
3. Lock the app
– Double-tap the Menu button, enter Recentes page.
– Press and hold “Mono mono pro” until a pushpin icon appears.
Other phone brands
– Lock “Mono mono pro” in Recents.
– Allow “Mono mono pro” to autostart in “Security/Settings > Autostart”
– Add “Mono mono pro” to exceptions.
– If you’ve installed another startup manager, remove “Mono mono pro” from its blocklist.
